Grilled lamb chop
- 8 lamb chops of at least an inch thick
- Olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- juice of ½ a lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Oregano and fenel seeds
In a large bowl, mix some olive oil, a finely chopped garlic clove, the juice of ½ a lemon and the spices.
Let marinate for an hour, not more. Remove from marinade and throw the marinade.
Cook your lamb chop on a grill that reached at least 700 degrees. Grill them 3 minutes on each sides for a slightly "rosé" inside.
