Blue cheese beef tenderloin
- 1 tnderloin steak of 1½ inch by person.
- 50 gr of blue chees for each meat portion.
- Craked pepper and flower salt.
Leave your steak at roon temperature for at least 45 minutes before your start to work on them.
Slightly salt and pepper just before cooking and put on a presviously heated grill that reached at least 700 degrees F.
Let cook a few minutes without flipping the meat, do not press on the meat with a spatula and do not pierce the meat with a knife or a fork.
When desired cooking is reached, turn the steak with some cooking clamps.
Put a piece of blue cheese on each steak and close the barbecue lid to finish cooking or until your satisfied with the cooking.
Remove and serve
